Board of Directors

Behind the scenes the Board of Directors  is taking care of the “business” of running this 501(c)(3) not for profit organization.

Among the Board of Directors responsibilities are:

  • Yearly financial and strategic planning
  • Reporting and maintaining all records required for operation of a 501C-3 organization
  • Scheduling concerts and rehearsals
  • Assisting Artistic Direction on selection of concert music
  • Purchasing and organizing selected music
  • Recruiting or assignment of operations personnel as required
  • Concert venue selection
  • Recruiting new members
  • Obtaining and tracking potential donors and advertisers
  • Supporting the needs of the Artistic Director, Accompanist and all members

Board of Directors meetings are held monthly at various locations. If interested in attending a meeting, please see the calendar on the website with dates, time and location of the next meeting. Please be sure to contact the Executive Director to add any agenda items you wish to address.
