REHEARSALS IN SANCTUARY
Use the first 2 rows of pews.
Altos & Sopranos in the front rows, Tenors & Basses in the 2nd rows.
Basses & Sopranos on the piano side; Altos & Tenors on the organ side.
Please bring only what you need to rehearse:
- MUSIC IN A BINDER
- PENCIL/ERASER (mechanical is best—it stays sharper longer!)
- WATER BOTTLE (WATER ONLY in a tightly-closing container.)
- TISSUES
- COUGH/THROAT LOZENGES
- RECORDING DEVICE (if you wish)
Purses, bags, work paraphernalia, etc. should be placed under the pews.
Scheduled Rehearsals are every Monday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.–except as otherwise noted.
WARM-UPS WILL BEGIN @ 7:05 P.M.
Members are expected to arrive in time to participate in warm-ups.
If work/travel/a regular obligation makes this difficult, please the Secretary aware of this.
Have the courtesy to let the Secretary know if you will be unexpectedly late or unable to attend.
A quick text is appropriate.
But remember: too many absences may mean you may not be permitted to perform the current concert.
Come early–the room should be open by 6:30 p.m.–to socialize or talk to Claudia; otherwise, please use the mid-rehearsal break or wait until after rehearsal.
